Roy Olsen (b. 1986) is a Norwegian visual artist. After several years working primarily with pop art–inspired painting, his practice has expanded to include object-based conceptual works. Through processes of selection, intervention, and recontextualization, Olsen explores questions of identity, temporality, and contemporary culture. He has participated in numerous exhibitions in Norway, including Innlandsutstillingen and The Matchbox Biennale.
